Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ignacio Ferreri (ranked 3890 p4p, 3870 weight class) and Luc Balland (ranked 313 p4p, 311 weight class). Ferreri comes to the cage accompanied by No Hay Dolor - No Te Va Gustar. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Balland misses the target.
Ferreri stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Balland looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ferreri displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Balland throws out the jab.

Ferreri fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Balland manages to avoid it.

It looked like Ferreri was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Balland does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Balland drops Ferreri with a naaaaasty hook - Ferreri is in real trouble here! Balland dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
