Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carl Carl (ranked 4318 p4p, 3538 weight class) and Ismael Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 425 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Carl Carl has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Carl Carl seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Carl Carl! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ismael Dias! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Carl can't find room to land a body shot as Dias controls the action.
Knees in the clinch landing for Dias.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dias. Carl swings wildly with an uppercut but Dias uses good head movement to avoid it. Dias using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Dias.
It looks like Carl Carl has been cut. Carl takes an elbow to the forehead. Knees to the body from Dias.
Carl is breathing heavily. Dias fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dias misses with a punch to the body.
Still in the clinch, Dias scores with a nice short uppercut. Carl tries to pull guard but Dias holds him up against the cage and eventually Carl drops back down to his feet.
Dias scores with a knee to the head.
Carl is rocked! A left hand lands to the body for Dias.
Dias tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Carl's elbow. Dias swings wildly with an uppercut but Carl uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carl wants to get back to striking at distance but Dias won't allow it.
Dias lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Carl backwards. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dias. Dias using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Dias fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Dias misses with a short punch on the inside. Carl takes a knee right on the jaw!
Oh Carl is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Good body shot from Dias.
Dias drops Carl with a big knee straight up the middle! Carl is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dias clinches up with Carl and pushes him back against the cage. Dias misses with a punch on the inside.
Carl misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Carl misses with some punches.
Dias tries to work over Carl's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Dias drops Carl onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Carl is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet! Dias pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Carl! Dias unloads with more strikes and Carl sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ismael Dias!
