Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devonte Pinks (ranked 283 p4p, 572 weight class) and Taz McKane (ranked 45 p4p, 92 weight class). Pinks kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is HUMBLE.. McKane is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by SAVE ME. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Taz McKane!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinks misses with a straight right.
Pinks misses with an uppercut. McKane saw that one coming.
Pinks has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
McKane delivers a nice body kick.
McKane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pinks.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from McKane! But no joy.
Pinks pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A low kick from Pinks is predictable there
and McKane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pinks moves to clinch but McKane breaks away
and McKane counters with a straight right hand.
Pinks cracks McKane with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
An inside leg kick lands from Pinks.
Pinks swings and misses with a shot to the body
and McKane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pinks fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. McKane looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

McKane drops his hands momentarily and Pinks takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
McKane throws a series of punches but Pinks moves out of range.
An attempted straight right counter from Pinks misses the target.
Pinks swings for the body but McKane moves out of range.
McKane has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Pinks.
Pinks throws a head kick that half lands.
Pinks throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and McKane counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McKane slips a straight right by Pinks.
Pinks misses with a looping right.
Pinks throws a sloppy head kick and McKane moves out of range easily.
Nice defenses there by McKane.

and McKane counters with a solid body kick.
Devonte Pinks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A looping hook to the body misses from McKane. Pinks does a little dance to reset his feet.
McKane throws a lazy right hand but Pinks sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McKane lands with a hook. Pinks tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Pinks throws a poor cross that misses
and McKane counters with a crisp right that sends Pinks to the canvas! McKane follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
