Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Hardman (ranked 1951 p4p, 2135 weight class) and Ki Ruyjini (ranked 307 p4p, 330 weight class). Ruyjini is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 修羅の花 Shura no hana by Meiko Kaji. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Brock Hardman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ki Ruyjini!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Ruyjini.
Ruyjini ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hardman moves away.
Ruyjini throws a nice looking combination but Hardman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ruyjini throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Ruyjini is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hardman.
Hardman was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hardman moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Ruyjini scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hardman doesn't seem bothered though.
Hardman's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ruyjini connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hardman scrambles back to his feet.

Ruyjini has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Hardman swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Ruyjini lands with an uppercut that bounces Hardman off the cage and back into range.

Ruyjini feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hardman sprawling to the canvas! Hardman rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ruyjini finish him?!
Oh Hardman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hardman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ruyjini.
Ruyjini throws a lazy uppercut
and Hardman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hardman seems to have got his legs back now.
Ki Ruyjini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ruyjini slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Ruyjini does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Ruyjini lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Hardman is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
