Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tinashe Chukwuma (ranked 2764 p4p, 2519 weight class) and Mombasa Magabi (ranked 320 p4p, 291 weight class). Mombasa Magabi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tinashe Chukwuma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mombasa Magabi !
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chukwuma lands a nice shot that snaps Magabi 's head back.

It looks like Mombasa Magabi has been cut.
Chukwuma ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Chukwuma definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Chukwuma throws a lazy uppercut
and Chukwuma takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Magabi cracks Chukwuma with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Chukwuma wants to land a leg kick but Magabi is out of range.

and Chukwuma counters with a slapping leg kick.
Chukwuma lands a nice looking body kick.

Chukwuma fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Magabi , pushing him back against the cage.
Magabi misses with a hook to the ribs.
Chukwuma misses with a hook to the ribs.
Magabi takes a shot to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Chukwuma with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Chukwuma lands a hook to the side of the head.
Chukwuma misses with the head strike.
Chukwuma lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Magabi backwards.
Chukwuma tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Chukwuma throws a knee to the head but misses.
Magabi tries to break the clinch but Chukwuma is controlling the position.

Magabi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Magabi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Chukwuma paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Magabi misses with a kick to the body
and Chukwuma counters with a thumping low kick.

That has opened up Mombasa Magabi 's cut even more.

Chukwuma buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Magabi 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Chukwuma connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Magabi scrambles back to his feet.
Chukwuma misses with a left hand
and Magabi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Chukwuma throws a leg kick which misses Magabi 's front leg but catches the back leg as Magabi tries to avoid it.
Chukwuma avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Chukwuma looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Chukwuma lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A solid leg kick lands there for Chukwuma.
Magabi walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Chukwuma checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Chukwuma pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Magabi tries a low kick but Chukwuma avoids it.
Chukwuma tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Magabi is able to avoid easily.
Chukwuma lands a really nice looking cross but Magabi seems unphased.

The cut above Mombasa Magabi 's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Chukwuma throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Magabi throws out a powerful jab.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

A nice leg kick from Chukwuma, right into the meat of the thigh.

Mombasa Magabi 's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mombasa Magabi 's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tinashe Chukwuma!
A relieved looking Tinashe Chukwuma thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
