Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hole Reemer (ranked 1929 p4p, 1408 weight class) and Suutari Nuorempi (ranked 248 p4p, 185 weight class). Hole Reemer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Hole Reemer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Suutari Nuorempi!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuorempi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Nuorempi takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Nuorempi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Reemer.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nuorempi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Reemer tries to bum rush Nuorempi with a series of wild strikes but Nuorempi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Reemer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nuorempi but Nuorempi pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Reemer tries to move into range but Nuorempi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
We've been told by Reemer's head coaches at GAMMA Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nuorempi uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Reemer has time to react.

Nuorempi has his foot on Reemer's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Reemer works his way back into a safe position though.

Oooh a lovely combination from Reemer sends Nuorempi down but not out. Reemer dives into side control looking to finish.

Nuorempi takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Nuorempi is still in real trouble! Can Reemer finish him?
Reemer scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Nuorempi is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Reemer can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Hole Reemer really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Fighter logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
