Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jhin Davis (ranked 4285 p4p, 4367 weight class) and Richard White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Viking's Hall. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis works White's body with a nice hook.
Davis comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Davis tries to clinch there but White circles away.
And White tries to counter it with a takedown but Davis pushes his down on his head and steps out.
A punch combination from Davis misses.
Davis moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Davis throws a one two combo.
Davis misses with a double jab.
Davis ducks under a wild hook from White.
Davis stuns White with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
White fails with a takedown attempt.
Davis falls off balance throwing a combination

and White counters with a takedown into side control.
Davis avoids any damage from the ground and pound of White.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Davis!
White lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

It looks like Jhin Davis has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Davis is bucking up trying to escape but White cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
