Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hyu Head (ranked 5781 p4p, 3620 weight class) and Kingsley Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Head comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kingsley Brown was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 20 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kingsley Brown!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Despite the aggression on Brown's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Head tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Brown defends well and Head ends up having to push Brown into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Nice elbow from Brown.
It looks like Hyu Head has been cut.
Brown lands a nice uppercut.
Brown pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Brown has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Head with a lazy takedown attempt
and Brown counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hyu Head. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brown keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brown lands a big head kick that sends Head to the canvas! Brown follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kingsley Brown!
