Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tiamat Tenkula (ranked 339 p4p, 659 weight class) and Lathem McGuire (ranked 41 p4p, 76 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tiamat Tenkula!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lathem McGuire!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tenkula misses with a hook.
McGuire throws a big counter head kick but Tenkula avoids it with no problem.
McGuire is looking to clinch.
Tenkula misses with a straight right.
McGuire looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
McGuire has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
McGuire misses with a looping left.
McGuire scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
McGuire swings for the body but Tenkula moves out of range.
McGuire defending well as Tenkula loads up on a big left hand.
McGuire tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tenkula was well out of range. Poor timing from McGuire.
Tenkula has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McGuire finds it's way round the side to connect with Tenkula's head.
It looks like Tiamat Tenkula has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGuire slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
McGuire sends Tenkula crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McGuire is motioning to the referee to let Tenkula up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGuire cracks Tenkula with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Tenkula tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but McGuire pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Tenkula is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lathem McGuire!
After winning the bout, Lathem McGuire thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
