Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Felix Robles!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robles feints and as Merritt raises his hands in defense, Robles changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Robles is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Robles trying to control but Merritt is working from the bottom.
Robles postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Robles looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Robles is looking to work some ground and pound but Merritt has wrist control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Robles throwing strikes but missing.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Robles decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Robles with the ground and pound but Merritt uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Robles trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Robles has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Robles gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Robles misses with the combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Robles bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Robles has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Felix Robles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Robles throws a right hand that Merritt ducks under and follows up with a left that Merritt also avoids with ease.
Robles closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Merritt has one of Robles's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.
Merritt tries to bench press Robles off him but Robles keeps the position.
And that's the end of the fight!
Felix Robles comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Robles has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Felix Robles was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
