Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Bolleke (ranked 126 p4p, 475 weight class) and Lyoha Nagibatel (ranked 17 p4p, 67 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bolleke might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to RGP - DANG DIGGI BANG. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Bolleke! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lyoha Nagibatel! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Bruno Lombardi and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nagibatel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nagibatel takes one on the button. Nagibatel misses with an uppercut. Bolleke saw that one coming. Bolleke dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Bolleke lands a nice shot that snaps Nagibatel's head back.
Bolleke jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nagibatel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bolleke drops down looking for a counter takedown but Nagibatel sprawls and moves away. Nagibatel takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Bolleke dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Bolleke jabs at Nagibatel's body. Nice shot by Bolleke. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bolleke misses with a body shot.
Nagibatel throws a big shot that misses. Nagibatel throws a sloppy head kick and Bolleke counters with a nice uppercut. Bolleke with a nice cross. Nagibatel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. A punch lands to the side of Nagibatel 's head but he takes it in his stride. Bolleke lands a slapping body shot.
A swing and a miss from Bolleke. Nagibatel throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bolleke is looking to counter punch. Bolleke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nagibatel moves away. Nagibatel falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bolleke counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Nagibatel manages to escape and get back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action! Nagibatel gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bolleke. Bolleke looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Nagibatel scores with a sloppy right hand. Bolleke should have avoided that one. Bolleke is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Nagibatel throws a head kick but Bolleke moves out of range.

A head kick misses from Nagibatel. Nagibatel catches Bolleke with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Bolleke lands with a cross. Bolleke jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nagibatel takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Lyoha Nagibatel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nagibatel throws a combination that misses letting Bolleke counter with a right hand. Bolleke connects with a single shot there. Bolleke works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Bolleke connects with a looping right hand.
Bolleke lands a head shot. Bolleke gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Nagibatel throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. That's three minutes gone in the round. Bolleke with a flurry of punches that miss. Nagibatel is still in real trouble! Can Bolleke finish him? Bolleke is in close to Nagibatel's body, working some short punches and elbows. Nagibatel keeping full guard, as Bolleke tries to pass. Bolleke throws a big right hand that misses. Bolleke looking to pass the guard. Nagibatel seems to have recovered his senses. Bolleke throwing strikes but missing. Bolleke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nagibatel swivels though and keeps the full guard. Nagibatel is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bolleke is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bolleke controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Bolleke pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Nagibatel is keeping the position for now. Nagibatel wants to stand up but Bolleke is controlling him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Bolleke throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bolleke misses with a wild body shot. Nagibatel is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Nagibatel throws a head kick that misses and Bolleke counters with a takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bolleke landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Bolleke tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Oscar Bolleke dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Nagibatel throws a head kick that misses. Bolleke cracks Nagibatel with a good jab. Bolleke clobbers Nagibatel with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Nagibatel takes one to the side of the head.

and Bolleke counters with a double leg that slams his opponent to the canvas! Nagibatel is in trouble here! Bolleke pounds away until the ref steps in to end the bout!
