Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Xavier Lee!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries to clinch there but Johnson circles away.
Johnson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Johnson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Johnson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lee darts in trying to clinch
and Johnson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Xavier Lee has been cut.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A quick step to the side and Johnson tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lee fails in his attempt to clinch.

and Johnson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Johnson counters with a two punch combo.

and Johnson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johnson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Johnson counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lee! Johnson lets Lee back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Lee tries to clinch but Johnson is having none of it.
A little feinted left hand from Johnson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?

and Johnson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lee moves to clinch but Johnson breaks away
and Johnson counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

After the fight, Sean Johnson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
