Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dwayne Hill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ty Castro!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castro darts in looking for a takedown but Hill gets double underhooks and turns Castro into the cage.
Castro looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hill is fending him off so far but Castro persists. Nope, Hill circles away and we're back to standing.
Crunch! Hill slams his shin into Castro's torso.
Castro fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Dwayne Hill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ty Castro.
Hill closes the distance and pushes Castro back into the cage.
Hill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hill throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Castro.
It looks like Ty Castro has been cut.
Ty Castro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hill looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Castro kicks off Hill and gets to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hill gets caught napping as Castro dives in and scores a takedown. Hill manages to retain guard.
Castro slips nicely into half guard.
Hill tries to kick Castro off but Castro keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Castro trying to pass the guard but Hill defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hill trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Castro manages to pass to mount!
Hill tries to reverse the position but Castro maintains control.
Castro lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Hill hang on?
It looks like Dwayne Hill has been cut.
Hill is trying to escape the mount but Castro keeps good control and instead manages to take Hill's back.
Castro scores with punches and elbows.
Castro has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Hill! Can he survive? No! He's out! Castro gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
