Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Danny Troy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Troy doesn't manage to clinch there - Drake circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Troy darts in trying to clinch
and Drake counters with a series of strikes. Troy will be more careful next time no doubt.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Drake just misses with a elbow thrown towards Troy's brow.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Drake feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Drake isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Troy stacks Drake on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Troy!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
