The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rocket circles away quickly and effectively.

Rocket closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rocket lands in his opponent's guard.
Rocket prevents Sanchez from getting back to his feet.
Rocket slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Rocket is pushing down on Sanchez's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sanchez is fighting to maintain full guard but Rocket has managed to sneak the leg through.

Rocket is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Sanchez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
