Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jax Chambers (ranked 444 p4p, 2649 weight class) and Jason Ebert (ranked 52 p4p, 271 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 27 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jax Chambers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Ebert! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chambers lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Jason Ebert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Ebert does no damage. Chambers avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ebert stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Chambers. Ebert takes a swing at Chambers's ribcage but misses. Chambers is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Chambers darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Chambers drives through and clinches with Ebert against the cage.
Chambers doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Ebert lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Ebert jumps guard but Chambers turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Ebert is trying to pull guard but Chambers turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Chambers just leaning against Ebert, taking a breather. A hook to the body from Chambers.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Chambers lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
It looks like Jason Ebert has been cut. Ebert fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Ebert misses with a punch to the body.
Ebert throws a punch but it's blocked by Chambers. A short left from Chambers. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ebert. Chambers misses with an elbow over the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chambers working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Chambers lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ebert backwards. Chambers blocking some punches.
Chambers's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. A nice glancing elbow lands by Chambers. Ebert fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Chambers lands an elbow inside. Chambers lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
That has opened up Jason Ebert's cut even more. Chambers is working Ebert over against the cage. Chambers lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Ebert misses with a hook from the clinch. Still in the clinch, Chambers scores with a nice short uppercut.
Ebert is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chambers softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Ebert is still on wobbly legs! Can Chambers finish him? A left hand lands to the body for Chambers.
Ebert seems to have recovered his senses. Ebert looks winded! Chambers pressing his opponent against the cage. Chambers digs a right hand into Ebert's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Ebert's gas tank. Chambers slows down the pace here.
Chambers lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ebert backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chambers throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Chambers lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ebert. Our sources have told us that Chambers has been working on his elbows in the gym. Chambers working some nice short punches in the clinch. Chambers lands an elbow that stopped Ebert in his tracks for a moment. Chambers is working Ebert over against the cage. Chambers lands a vicious elbow to the side of Ebert's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Chambers tries to finish him with strikes but Ebert still seems able to defend himself so Chambers steps back and lets Ebert get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
The cut above Jason Ebert's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Chambers cracks Ebert on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ebert falls backwards against the cage. Chambers follows up with more strikes that drop Ebert to his knees. Chambers keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ebert! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jax Chambers! A relieved looking Jax Chambers thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
