Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cm Hunk (ranked 4138 p4p, 4097 weight class) and Luis Heopa (ranked 260 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunk is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Heopa's half guard.

Heopa manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Hunk looking to score a takedown here. Heopa is defending well but Hunk drives through and ends up in Heopa's guard.

Heopa has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Hunk is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hunk changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Heopa fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Heopa tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hunk tries to counter by clinching up but Heopa breaks away and moves out of range.
Hunk shoots in but Heopa avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Heopa stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cm Hunk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hunk throws a lazy head kick

so Heopa counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hunk can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Heopa controls the pace.

Hunk looking for a sweep. Not yet Hunk, not yet.
Hunk has Heopa pulled in close to control his posture.
Heopa would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Heopa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hunk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hunk is pulling down on Heopa's head to control his posture.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Heopa wants to control from the top but Hunk keeps moving.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Hunk shoots in for a takedown but Heopa shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Heopa. Hunk shrugs it off though.
Heopa shoots in looking for a takedown but Hunk manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Heopa's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Heopa throws a head kick but Hunk moves out of range.

Heopa gets caught flat footed, as Hunk shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Hunk is breathing heavily.

Heopa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hunk defends it easily.
Heopa looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Hunk passes Heopa's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Heopa is trying to get back to full guard.

Hunk has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Heopa defend it? Hunk steps over the head and cranks it - Heopa is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Hunk!
