Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Julian Bashir (ranked 629 p4p, 1654 weight class) and Blonde Brunson (ranked 51 p4p, 124 weight class). Bashir comes to the cage accompanied by Exodus - The Toxic Waltz. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Julian Bashir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Blonde Brunson! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bashir throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bashir lands a nice looking body shot.
Brunson throws a series of strikes that have Bashir backpedaling.
Brunson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Brunson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Bashir trying to control from the bottom.
Brunson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bashir looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bashir looking for submissions off his back. Brunson prevents Bashir from improving his position. Brunson lands with a punch from half guard. Bashir wants to control but Brunson is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bashir moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Brunson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bashir is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bashir preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brunson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bashir has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brunson has managed to get both his arms back between Bashir's legs - danger averted. Brunson postures up in Bashir's guard and throws a big left but Bashir blocks it. Bashir looking for a sweep. Not yet Bashir, not yet. Brunson postures up.
Brunson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Brunson distracts Bashir with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Brunson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Brunson throws a big elbow that misses. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bashir is on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bashir trying to control but Brunson is working from the bottom. Bashir sitting in guard here, content to control. Bashir trying to control the position from guard on top but Brunson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bashir avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Brunson wants to stand and escape but Bashir is having none of it. Brunson throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Brunson wants to sweep but no luck. Brunson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bashir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brunson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bashir throwing strikes but missing. Brunson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bashir doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Brunson is tightening it up a little... Bashir has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Bashir reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Bashir taps out! Nice BJJ there by Brunson!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Blonde Brunson! During a confident post fight interview, Blonde Brunson thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
