Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emmerson Mile (ranked 481 p4p, 585 weight class) and Martin Drop (ranked 32 p4p, 39 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emmerson Mile! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Martin Drop! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Drop misses. Mile moves away from the strike by Drop. Mile tried to counter with a leg kick but Drop avoided it. Mile instigates a clinch. Drop blocks an uppercut.
The referee is keeping an eye on Drop - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Mile content to slow the pace in the clinch.

It looks like Emmerson Mile has been cut. Mile tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Drop smiles and moves away.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Drop is looking to advance position but Mile won't allow it. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Drop in particular looking to stall.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Drop might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Mile gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
