The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans throws an off balance right hand
and Kersikov I I counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Evans throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Kersikov I I tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Evans manages to circle out of the way.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Vitali Kersikov I I will probably get the nod.

Kersikov I I gets in close and tags Evans with a short punch that almost sends Evans to the mat! Oh Evans is in big trouble! He turns his back on Kersikov I I, trying to create some distance but Kersikov I I rushes him, striking wildly and Evans goes down! The referee tackles Kersikov I I into the cage to end the fight! Kersikov I I is one violent man!
