Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 23265 p4p, 5923 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 116 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 109 - 26 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fighter B defends it nicely. Fighter B steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Fighter B stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter B wants it to stay on the feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter B but Fighter B pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter B looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter A doesn't succeed with the takedown and Fighter B counters with a nice body kick. Fighter A tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fighter B swivels and escapes. Fighter B stuffs the takedown. Fighter B follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fighter B counters with a nice kick to the body. Fighter B shoots in and bounces Fighter A off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Fighter A has control of Fighter B's left arm, preventing Fighter B from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fighter B is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Fighter A looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fighter A keeping full guard, as Fighter B tries to pass. Fighter A striking off his back but it's not causing Fighter B any problems.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fighter A trying to control the position here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A looks for the body kick but Fighter B saw that one coming. Fighter B is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fighter A with a body shot. No luck for Fighter A with that takedown attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but Fighter B shows good takedown defense. Fighter B thinks about the counter body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Fighter A shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fighter B pinned against the cage. Fighter B gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fighter B counters with a body kick. Fighter A is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fighter B sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Fighter B throws a fast counter high kick but Fighter A manages to duck under it in time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter B but Fighter B pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A stuffs the takedown. Fighter A thinks about countering with a body kick. Fighter B fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fighter A avoids it really well and circles away. Fighter B scores with a takedown into Fighter A's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A has control of Fighter B's left arm, preventing Fighter B from doing any damage. Fighter A is striking from the bottom but Fighter B uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Fighter B stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A is holding on to half guard well. Fighter A continues to stall. Fighter B keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter B scoring with strikes to the body and head. Fighter A gets full guard. Fighter A trying to keep a closed guard but Fighter B is proving a slippery customer.
Fighter B seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Nice takedown defense from Fighter B. No joy for Fighter A on that attempt. And Fighter B responds with a good body kick, but Fighter A manages to step out the way in time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A tries for a takedown but Fighter B circles away easily and Fighter B counters with a solid body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fighter A crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fighter B - the referee stops the clock and Fighter A gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fighter B. Fighter A manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Fighter A goes for a double leg but Fighter B avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fighter B continues to drive forward. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks. Fighter A goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fighter B prevents it.
Fighter A is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Fighter B pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A tries for a takedown. No joy.
Fighter B has picked Fighter A up - he's going for a ride! Fighter B dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Fighter A holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Xxx Xxx has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter B wants to pass to mount but Fighter A is defending the position. Fighter B not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Fighter B controlling the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A trying to hold on to Fighter B's head to control him but Fighter B postures up.
Fighter B stalling. Fighter A is trying is best to control the position here.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fighter B has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Fighter B avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fighter B drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Fighter A throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Fighter B escapes and throws Fighter A's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter A seems a little lost for a moment, as Fighter B dominates the positioning. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Xxx Xxx has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Xxx Xxx is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
And that's the end of the fight! Xxx Xxx comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fighter B has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
