Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Johnny Dough!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chief Bloodgates!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Bloodgates misses the target.
Bloodgates scores with the left hand. Dough knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Johnny Dough has been cut.
Dough definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bloodgates's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dough connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bloodgates scrambles back to his feet.
Dough moves away from the strike by Bloodgates.
Dough staying out of range there.
Dough swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bloodgates swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dough.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dough ducks under a wild hook from Bloodgates.
Dough throwing a counter right hand but Bloodgates manages to avoid it.
Dough closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dough is rocked!
Bloodgates circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Dough tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Bloodgates wins by KO!
