Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pate Boxeri (ranked 776 p4p, 1706 weight class) and Geordi La Forge (ranked 80 p4p, 156 weight class). La Forge is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mobb Deep - Survival Of The Fittest. Pate Boxeri has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Geordi La Forge!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Forge misses with an uppercut
and Boxeri counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Boxeri, as that shot connected.
La Forge missing with a left hand there. Boxeri was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
La Forge just misses with a punch to the body.
La Forge misses with a straight left.
La Forge misses with a hook
and Boxeri counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fighters circling - Boxeri throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Boxeri comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Boxeri works La Forge's body with a nice hook.
Boxeri swings widly with a right hand
and La Forge makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Boxeri darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

La Forge moves out of range of the strikes.
La Forge looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boxeri catches La Forge with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
La Forge moves away from the strike by Boxeri.
La Forge looks to score with a jab to the body but Boxeri is just out of range.
La Forge connects with a body shot.
La Forge throws a right hand that misses
and Boxeri counters with a nice uppercut.
Boxeri shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. La Forge eats them both and turns towards Boxeri to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Boxeri rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and La Forge counters with a straight right hand.
La Forge keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Boxeri.
Boxeri lands a head shot.
La Forge lands a nice shot that snaps Boxeri's head back.
Boxeri misses with a hook. La Forge ducked under it nicely.
It seemed like La Forge was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Boxeri throws an overhand right that lands on La Forge's shoulder, as La Forge tries to avoid the shot.
La Forge keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
La Forge misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boxeri.

Boxeri walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Boxeri throws an overhand right that lands on La Forge's shoulder, as La Forge tries to avoid the shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and La Forge counters with a nice body shot.
Boxeri uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from La Forge.
A quick step to the side and Boxeri tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boxeri smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
La Forge slips a straight right by Boxeri.
Boxeri throws an uppercut from half a mile away. La Forge sees it coming and avoids it easily.

La Forge is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Boxeri.

Boxeri moves out of range as La Forge strikes.
Nice defenses there by Boxeri.
La Forge walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Boxeri misses with the combination.
Boxeri dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Boxeri is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Boxeri misses with a looping right.
La Forge ducks under a wild hook from Boxeri.
Boxeri throws a looping overhand right but La Forge ducks down to avoid it.

Boxeri appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Boxeri uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before La Forge has time to react.
A slow jab from La Forge misses its intended target.

La Forge throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Boxeri throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boxeri misses with a hook.
Boxeri rushes La Forge and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! La Forge is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Boxeri piles on the pressure and La Forge crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
