Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Adam Toth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Fisher!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher doesn't manage to clinch there - Toth circles away.

Fisher clinches with his opponent.
Toth doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Fisher gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Toth.
Fisher prevents Toth from breaking the clinch.

Fisher decides to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toth trying to control the position from guard on top but Fisher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Toth controls from within his opponent's guard.
Fisher has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Toth tries to stand but Fisher is controlling from the bottom.

Fisher is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fisher pushes Toth off and scrambles back to his feet.
John Fisher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fisher tries for a takedown but Toth sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Toth is looking to clinch.
Toth throws a half hearted mid kick.

Fisher has Toth up against the cage in a clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fisher lands a body punch.
Fisher lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Fisher's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Fisher darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Toth has one foot on Fisher's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Toth avoids the head kick by Fisher.

Fisher decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Toth is breathing heavily.

Toth manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Toth stuffs the takedown attempt from Fisher. Fisher gets slowly back to his feet.

Fisher scores with a takedown into Toth's guard.
Toth is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fisher postures up in Toth's guard and throws a big left but Toth blocks it.

Fisher decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Toth, up you get!

Fisher shoots in for a double leg but Toth sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Adam Toth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Fisher.

Fisher moves into the clinch successfully.
Toth wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Fisher escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fisher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Toth moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A right-left combo lands from Fisher.
Toth misses with a takedown

and Fisher counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Fisher is standing up over Toth. Toth looks to escape but Fisher dives into side control.

Fisher decides to stand up, so the ref orders Toth to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Fisher dominated that round.
That's time! Toth's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Fisher forces Toth back against the cage and clinches.

Fisher breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fisher circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fisher throws a head kick that misses.

Fisher clinches up against the cage.
Fisher goes for a takedown in the clinch but Toth prevents it.
Toth managing to block the knees to the body from Fisher.
Fisher is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Toth pulls him back up using the underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Toth wants to stall.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fisher is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Toth gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Adam Toth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Fisher.
Fisher drops down looking for an ankle pick but Toth pulls his leg out and moves away.
Toth misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Toth throws a nice looking combination but Fisher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Fisher just misses with a punch to the body.
Fisher swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Toth counters with a three punch combo that has Fisher backing up. Fisher nods at Toth to acknowledge the strikes.
Fisher dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Fisher is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Toth's half guard.
Fisher prevents Toth from improving his position.
Toth wants to get back to his feet.

Fisher wants to pass to mount but Toth is defending the position.

Fisher postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Toth to stand up.
Toth darts in trying to clinch

and Fisher counters with a single leg into guard. Toth didn't expect that.
Toth wants to stand but Fisher is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fisher decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Fisher moves into the clinch.
Toth tries a knee to the head but Fisher blocks it.
Toth is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Fisher breaks from the clinch.
Fisher tries for a takedown but Toth circles away easily
and Toth counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Fisher wants to land a leg kick but Toth is out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Toth swats away the attempt to clinch by Fisher.
Fisher tries to clinch up but Toth circles away and keeps his distance.
Fisher circles away from the clinch attempt.

Fisher drives through and clinches with Toth against the cage.
Fisher is struggling to control the position.
Toth on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Fisher drags the fight down to the ground.
Fisher is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Toth is controlling him.

Fisher looking for subs off his back but Toth has passed one foot through into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Fisher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Toth tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Fisher counters with a shoot takedown. Toth fights it but they end up in guard.
Toth wants to stand but Fisher is controlling the position.
Fisher trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Fisher avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Fisher stays in close to Toth's body and controls the position.

Fisher won't allow Toth to sweep him here.

Fisher stands up from Toth's guard - Fisher perhaps looking for a knockout.

Fisher shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Fisher is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Toth is looking to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fisher decides to stand and escape the position.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fisher.

Fisher closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Toth did well to prevent Fisher getting side control.

Toth manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Fisher steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Toth. That one must have hurt.

Fisher misses the jab.

Fisher moves into the clinch.

Fisher breaks from the clinch.
Toth swats away the attempt to clinch by Fisher.

Toth gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Fisher trying to control but Toth is working from the bottom.
Toth thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fisher's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Fisher stands and steps away. Toth gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Fisher throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Toth was covering up waiting for the punch and Fisher finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Toth throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
John Fisher is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Fisher pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Toth is keeping the position for now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Toth wants to sweep but no luck.

John Fisher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Fisher winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
