Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Casper Blacknota (ranked 4061 p4p, 2868 weight class) and Gustas Brazionis (ranked 0 p4p, 282 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brazionis gets caught napping as Blacknota dives in and scores a takedown. Brazionis manages to retain guard.

Brazionis is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Blacknota presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Blacknota is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Brazionis to keep the fight standing.

Blacknota has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Brazionis looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Blacknota passes into side control.
The referee asks Blacknota politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Blacknota prefers to stall for the moment though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Brazionis is looking for a sweep.

Blacknota has control of an arm but Brazionis manages to advance to Blacknota's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brazionis is trying to stick to Blacknota's back but Blacknota is turning into Brazionis. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Brazionis's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Blacknota.

Brazionis tries to keep at a distance but Blacknota has taken the fight into the clinch.

It looks like Gustas Brazionis has been cut.
Blacknota moves in looking to clinch but Brazionis pushes him off.
Brazionis throws out a counter right but Blacknota avoids it with no problem.
Blacknota doesn't manage to clinch there - Brazionis circles away.
Brazionis dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Brazionis shoots in for a double leg but Blacknota sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Brazionis tries to improve his position but Blacknota has taken his back! Blacknota has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Brazionis tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Blacknota pushes Brazionis away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
