Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shinji Tseung (ranked 3727 p4p, 2159 weight class) and Romulus Gerber (ranked 396 p4p, 0 weight class). Tseung comes to the cage accompanied by Kacey Talk - NBA Youngboy. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Romulus Gerber was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shinji Tseung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 33 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Romulus Gerber!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tseung misses with a takedown attempt - Gerber sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Tseung tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gerber paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tseung tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Tseung takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gerber lands a jab.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gerber.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gerber sends Tseung crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gerber is motioning to the referee to let Tseung up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Tseung is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gerber connects with an inside leg kick.
Tseung misses with a takedown
and Gerber counters with a nice right hand that sends Tseung toppling to the canvas! Tseung scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Gerber finish him?!
Oh Tseung is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gerber ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Tseung's jaw. Tseung's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Gerber does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Romulus Gerber!
During a confident post fight interview, Romulus Gerber thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
