Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tibi Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marl Boro!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Boro wants to free his trapped foot but Jones is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Jones trying to hold on to Boro's head to control him but Boro postures up.
Boro winds up and cracks Jones with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Jones wants to control but Boro is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Boro.
Jones wants to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones trying to get back to full guard but Boro takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
Boro landing strikes, looking to finish!

Jones tries to hold on but Boro postures up.
The referee warns Jones that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boro lands a heavy elbow.
Jones working to try and regain half guard.
Jones is working hard here to advance position.
Jones is in a horrible position here. Boro smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
It looks like Tibi Jones has been cut.
Jones defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Boro.
Boro connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Boro moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Jones has worked his arm free - good work by Jones!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones is not content to let Boro control the position.
Boro has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Xtreme Fighting Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Boro advances to mount.
Boro is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Boro pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Jeez, Tibi Jones's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Jones flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Boro cracks Jones with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tibi Jones's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Marl Boro!
Tibi Jones spoke after the fight, saying 'I'ma take this one and double it for give it to next person'.
