Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bahlar Dohaert!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dohaert keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dohaert pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nova shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dohaert sprawls well. Dohaert wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nova gets slowly back to his feet.
Nova dives in for a single leg takedown but Dohaert sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremiah Nova. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nova misses with a hook to the ribs.

Dohaert pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nova looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dohaert is fending him off so far but Nova persists. Nope, Dohaert circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dohaert has clasped his hands together around Nova's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Nova is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Dohaert off and has taken his back!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dohaert manages to reverse the position and now he's in Nova's guard. Nice work there by Dohaert.

Nova is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dohaert is aware though and is defending well.

Nova working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dohaert doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dohaert manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Nova is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Nova had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dohaert defends it easily.

Nova has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Dohaert doesn't defend quickly enough and Nova has managed to lock this one up! Can Dohaert escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Nova on a fantastic submission victory.
