Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between DJ DEVINE (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jagger Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DJ DEVINE has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jagger Miller!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller feints and as DEVINE raises his hands in defense, Miller changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
DEVINE looking for a guillotine here but Miller defends easily.
DEVINE wants to stand but Miller is controlling the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Miller thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Miller wants to pass the guard but DEVINE is keeping the position.
Miller is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
DEVINE trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
DEVINE doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
DEVINE throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Miller shoots in but no luck this time.
Miller waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract DEVINE.
Miller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around DEVINE's waist but DEVINE gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Miller off to one side.
Miller feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

DEVINE trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
DEVINE is trying to control the position but Miller postures up.
DEVINE manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Miller manages to get himself to full guard.
DEVINE thows a big elbow that misses.
Miller has his foot on DEVINE's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. DEVINE works his way back into a safe position though.

DEVINE stands and throws Miller's legs to the side, diving into side control.
DEVINE wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Miller, who protects the arm well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
DEVINE in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
DEVINE knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Miller on the ground.

DEVINE manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Miller misses with an uppercut. DEVINE saw that one coming.

DJ DEVINE has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jagger Miller.
Miller will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
DEVINE darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Miller is trying to defend against the ground and pound but DEVINE scores with a couple of nice shots.
Miller wants to control but DEVINE is keeping busy.

DEVINE postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Miller escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. DEVINE gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

DEVINE wants to control from the top but Miller keeps moving.
Miller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but DEVINE can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
