Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Volkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seymour Taps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vladimir Volkoff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Seymour Taps!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkoff fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Taps.
Horrible takedown by Taps or perhaps it was just good defense by Volkoff which made him look bad.
Taps misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Volkoff throws a left that rocks Taps and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Volkoff dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Taps regain composure!

It looks like Seymour Taps has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Taps tries to improve position but can't.

Taps postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Volkoff is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Taps, into his guard.

Taps has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Volkoff is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Taps.

Taps changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Volkoff looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Taps manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Volkoff is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Taps's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Taps's back!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Taps dives in and grabs Volkoff's left leg, looking for a takedown. Volkoff pushes down on Taps's head and hops out.

Seymour Taps seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
