Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Bits!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Ole Dick Twist!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bits slips under a jab.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dick Twist has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dick Twist looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bits is fending him off so far but Dick Twist persists. Nope, Bits circles away and we're back to standing.
Dick Twist looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bits scores with a jab. Dick Twist acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Tim Bits has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Ole Dick Twist.

so Dick Twist counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

And Dick Twist tries to counter it with a takedown but Bits pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Bits throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dick Twist changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Dick Twist looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Bits!
Bits explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bits ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Dick Twist's jaw. Dick Twist's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Bits does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
