Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enamorado Bandito (ranked 2834 p4p, 4503 weight class) and Giovani Doyle (ranked 96 p4p, 0 weight class). Giovani Doyle has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Enamorado Bandito's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enamorado Bandito! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Giovani Doyle! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bandito fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Doyle to the ground. Bandito is now in Doyle's guard. Bandito passes Doyle's left leg - he's now in half guard. Doyle trying to control here.
Still in half guard, Bandito seems content to control. Bandito is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Doyle is just riding it out for now. Bandito eventually gives up the hold. Bandito is figuring out what he wants to do next. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bandito throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doyle won't allow Bandito to pass to mount. Bandito seems to be working for a kimura but Doyle defends the submission attempt. Bandito controlling the action here. Doyle is trying to get back to full guard. Bandito is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Doyle is just riding it out for now. Bandito eventually gives up the hold. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Doyle tries to roll over but Bandito keeps him under control. Bandito stalling. Bandito prevents Doyle from improving his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bandito is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bandito is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Doyle has managed to free his arm - good work. Doyle avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bandito. Doyle works his way to full guard. Good work. Bandito with a flurry of punches that miss. Bandito pushes down on Doyle's leg and manages to get into half guard. We've been hearing good reports from Bandito's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Doyle is defending against the submission attempts here by Bandito.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bandito wants to take a breather but Doyle is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bandito working Doyle over with strikes. Bandito is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Doyle defends it well. Doyle is trying to get back to full guard. Doyle is trying to stand back up but Bandito is controlling him
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bandito drops an elbow to the side of Doyle's head. Bandito slows the pace down in half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Enamorado Bandito dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Bandito tries to score a power double leg takedown but Doyle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bandito somewhat. Bandito shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Doyle wants to improve his position but Bandito is controlling well.
Bandito not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bandito drops an elbow to the side of Doyle's head. Well, if Bandito is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Bandito seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Doyle for as long as he can get away with.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doyle is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Bandito thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Bandito has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Doyle scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bandito manages to mount him!
Bandito unloading with bombs! Doyle is looking to improve his position but Bandito isn't that keen on the idea. Bandito content just to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bandito in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Bandito is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Doyle has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Doyle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bandito. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bandito has control of Doyle's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Doyle regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Bandito looking to isolate an arm here. Doyle doesn't see it coming and as Bandito extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Bandito!
