Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roland Jerverup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen Street Carp by Deftones as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roland Jerverup! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel White! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White throws a hook to the side of Jerverup's head but Jerverup sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. White throws a series of punches but Jerverup moves out of range. White throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jerverup. White misses the jab. Jerverup fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jerverup throws a leg kick but White moved away. White tries to bum rush Jerverup with a series of wild strikes but Jerverup uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jerverup tries to clinch but White moves out of range. Left hook, right uppercut from White.
It looks like Roland Jerverup has been cut. Jerverup shoots for a double leg takedown but White sprawls well. He's pushed Jerverup's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jerverup fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jerverup lands a jab-cross combination. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jerverup sizes up White with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jerverup fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roland Jerverup. That's going to take a lot out of him. White paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Oooh a lovely combination from White sends Jerverup down but not out. White dives into side control looking to finish.
Jerverup is rocked! Jerverup is breathing heavily. Jerverup is looking to reverse the position. White gets to mount! Jerverup was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jerverup can't escape the position.
White tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. White prevents Jerverup from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. White controlling the pace for now. Jerverup working to try and regain half guard.

Despite being in the dominant position, Daniel White just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jerverup looks for a takedown but White sprawls well. White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jerverup moves out of range and avoids them all easily. White misses with a low kick as Jerverup jumps back. Jerverup shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jerverup was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! White tries to lock up and control but Jerverup gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White gets back to half guard. White regains full guard. Nicely done. Jerverup trying to control but White is working from the bottom. Jerverup would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. White trying to control the position here. Jerverup won't allow White to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jerverup trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. White manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. White looking to control and managing it successfully. Jerverup is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel White dominated that round. The cut man is working on Roland Jerverup's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
White throws a series of punches but Jerverup avoids them all with ease. Jerverup has a takedown stuffed. Jerverup closes this distance looking for a takedown but White circles away. White throws a low kick but Jerverup avoids it. White avoids a low kick by using good footwork. A combination from White does no damage. White throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jerverup misses with a takedown attempt - White sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roland Jerverup. That's going to take a lot out of him. White throws a low kick, looking for Jerverup's leg but Jerverup calmly moves out of range. Jerverup throws a head kick but White moves out of range.

Roland Jerverup's cut is getting worse. A clash of legs there as Jerverup blocks the low kick. White lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jerverup blocks a low kick nicely. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Decent striking displayed by White there.
Roland Jerverup's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Some wild striking there from White.

That's one minute gone in the round. White throws a right and a left that Jerverup avoids nicely. Jerverup swings and misses with a hook to the body.
White looks to land a combination but Jerverup avoids it well. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jerverup checks a leg kick. White tries to bum rush Jerverup with a series of wild strikes but Jerverup uses good footwork to avoid the assault. White keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by White!
Jeez, Roland Jerverup's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Roland Jerverup's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
