Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 22677 p4p, 22754 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 126 - 28 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 20 - 133 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fighter B tries for a takedown but Fighter A sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fighter B closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fighter A to the mat! Fighter A manages to get full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A pulls Fighter B in to control the position. Fighter B wants to control from the top but Fighter A keeps moving. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Fighter B throws a big elbow that misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A has Fighter B pulled in close to control his posture. Fighter A's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter B looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Xxx Xxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xxx Xxx. Fighter B avoids a kick to the body.
Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks.
Fighter B gets caught napping as Fighter A dives in and scores a takedown. Fighter B manages to retain guard. Fighter B not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fighter B is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Fighter A controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B tries to clinch but Fighter A moves out of range. Fighter A thinks about countering with a body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fighter B shoots in but no luck this time. Fighter B bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fighter A. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B misses with a takedown attempt - Fighter A sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Fighter A jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Fighter A gets caught flat footed, as Fighter B shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fighter A pushes Fighter B off and scrambles back to his feet.
Fighter B bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. I wouldn't like to be where Fighter A is right now.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fighter A tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fighter B wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Fighter B landing a few strikes. Fighter A parries the strikes from Fighter B easily there. Fighter B is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Fighter A to escape.
Fighter B tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fighter B has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Fighter B trying to control but Fighter A postures up.
Fighter A not doing much here.
Fighter A prevents Fighter B from improving his position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B trying to hold on to Fighter A's head to control him but Fighter A postures up.
Fighter A is taking a breather. Fighter B says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B wants to control but Fighter A passes into side.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Fighter A closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fighter A lands in his opponent's guard. Fighter A is standing up over Fighter B. Fighter B looks to escape but Fighter A dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

 That's one minute gone in the round. This fight is sponsored by Chainsaw 7. More blood and guts and stuff like that, in cinemas everywhere now! You can see the frustration on Fighter B's face as Fighter A controls the position. Further stalling from Fighter A. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter B tries to buck Fighter A off but Fighter A is having none of it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sloppy strikes there by Fighter A. Xxx Xxx overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fighter A working away. Fighter A tries to stand but Fighter B is controlling his head.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A leaves Fighter B with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Nice takedown defense from Fighter A. No joy for Fighter B on that attempt. Fighter A looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter A but Fighter A pushes him off and we're back to square one. And Fighter A counters with a quick kick to the body but Fighter B blocks it. Xxx Xxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xxx Xxx.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fighter B fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it.
Fighter B bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Xxx Xxx has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Xxx Xxx is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A is holding Fighter B down, trying to stall. Fighter A defending against the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Xxx Xxx showed his dominance in that final round. Well Fighter A has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
