Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robin Convents (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonidus Cesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robin Convents! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonidus Cesar! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Convents doesn't manage to clinch there - Cesar circles away.
Cesar lands with a nice body punch. Cesar gets caught flat footed, as Convents shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cesar has his foot on Convents's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Convents works his way back into a safe position though. Cesar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Convents can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Convents scoring with punches to the head and body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cesar working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Convents. Cesar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cesar had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Convents is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Cesar Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Convents's back instead. Convents fending off the submission attempt from Cesar. Cesar looks gassed! Convents looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Cesar seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Convents's chin but Convents turns very nicely into Cesar's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Convents.
That's one minute gone in the round. Convents slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Convents gets to his feet. Cesar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Convents rushes Cesar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Convents breaks from the clinch.
Cesar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Convents tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Convents throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Leonidus Cesar has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Convents has taken the fight to the clinch.
Convents pressing his opponent against the cage. Convents escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Convents lands a big head kick that sends Cesar tumbling to the mat! Convents takes a step backwards and waves Cesar back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cesar is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A big right followed by a crushing left from Convents knocks Cesar out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Robin Convents!
