Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cottoneye Joe!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacia takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Joe misses with a low kick.
Joe on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Good leg kick by Bacia.
Nice cross by Bacia.
Joe avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bacia. Joe does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bacia fails to land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bacia thows a left - swing and a miss!
Joe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bacia.
Joe tries to counter with a clinch but Bacia shakes him off and moves away.

Bacia looks to land a combination but Joe avoids it well.
Bacia lands with an overhand left.
Joe has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bacia.
A head kick misses from Bacia.
Joe looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Bacia swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Joe counters with a nice leg kick.
Bacia throws a series of punches but Joe avoids them all with ease.

Joe tries to counter with a clinch but Bacia shakes him off and moves away.

Joe throws a leg kick which misses Bacia's front leg but catches the back leg as Bacia tries to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A slow jab from Bacia misses its intended target.
Joe tries to counter by closing the distance.
Joe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bacia.
Joe closes the distance and clinches.
Joe tries a knee to the head but Bacia blocks it.
Joe misses with a knee strike.
Bacia breaks from the clinch.
Bacia lands with a kick to the temple. Joe shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Cottoneye Joe has been cut.

Bacia scores with a hook to the body. Joe takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Joe moves out of range as Bacia strikes.
Joe steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Bacia.
Bacia lands a big uppercut and Joe crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Joe looks OK. Bacia waves Joe back to his feet!
Bacia throws a series of punches but Joe avoids them all with ease.
Joe tries to clinch there but Bacia circles away.
Joe throws a jab but it's blocked by Bacia.
Bacia throwing a counter right hand but Joe manages to avoid it.
Joe avoids the body shot from Bacia.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Joe! But no joy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bacia lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Bacia misses with a shot to the body
and Joe counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Bacia throws a right hand that Joe ducks under and follows up with a left that Joe also avoids with ease.
Joe unleashes a big counter combination but Bacia bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Bacia takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Mabuz Bacia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bacia.
Bacia takes one to the side of the head.
Joe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Joe darts in trying to clinch
and Bacia counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bacia misses with a two punch combination.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mabuz Bacia dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bacia lands a big head kick that sends Joe tumbling to the mat! Bacia takes a step backwards and waves Joe back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Joe is rocked!
Bacia lands a front kick.
Bacia misses with a jab, cross combination.
Joe throws an overhand right that lands on Bacia's shoulder, as Bacia tries to avoid the shot.
Bacia is looking for a counter combo.
Joe tried to score with a low kick but Bacia checks it.
Bacia goes for a small jab and connects. Now Bacia goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Joe stumbles back but Bacia runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Joe to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Joe will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mabuz Bacia!
A very excited looking Mabuz Bacia made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
