Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Johnny Waldron (ranked 20221 p4p, 21520 weight class) and Henri De Lagardere (ranked 159 p4p, 124 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henri De Lagardere!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waldron throws a nice outside leg kick.
De Lagardere dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Waldron. That did some damage!
Waldron gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Waldron creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through De Lagardere's defenses.
It looks like Henri De Lagardere has been cut.

Waldron drops De Lagardere with a big knee! Will De Lagardere beat the count? Yep, he's up already and we're only at 3... let's see if he's just faking it or if he's actually OK.
Waldron scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops De Lagardere to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Waldron away as he looks to land an illegal blow. De Lagardere got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
De Lagardere is rocked!
The cut above Henri De Lagardere's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
