This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 29 wins and 40 losses; Domingo The Flamingo! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. The Flamingo with a poor takedown and Strdoza counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Strdoza is looking for a takedown. The Flamingo works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. The Flamingo tries to buck Strdoza off but Strdoza is having none of it. The Flamingo is trying to escape the position but Strdoza is controlling the position. That's seven minutes gone in the round. The Flamingo gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Strdoza tries to pass the half guard into mount. The Flamingo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Still in half guard, Strdoza seems content to control. The Flamingo makes his way to full guard.
