Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Price (ranked 240 p4p, 619 weight class) and Klaus Manfred (ranked 33 p4p, 83 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Pete Price!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Klaus Manfred!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manfred uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Price has time to react.

The crowd cheers as Price lands an impressive looking overhand right. Manfred doesn't seem phased though.
Manfred tries to score a power double leg takedown but Price sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Manfred somewhat.

Price takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Manfred shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Price as he avoids it easily.

Manfred is nestled in close to Price, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Manfred working his ground and pound in the gym.

Price has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Manfred is working away from the top position though.
