Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anurak Bualuang (ranked 788 p4p, 1206 weight class) and Luke Smith (ranked 64 p4p, 89 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 34 - 21 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anurak Bualuang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Luke Smith!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bualuang takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bualuang will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bualuang's jab looks to have found its range, popping Smith under the eye.
We've been told by Bualuang's head coaches at 3Band MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bualuang displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Smith throws out the jab.

Smith loads up on a big right hand but Bualuang slips the punch.
Smith throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bualuang lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Smith throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Bualuang moves forwards but Smith connects with a nice, crisp jab.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Bualuang is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bualuang seems to have got his legs back now.

and Smith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Smith throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bualuang on the side of the head.
Bualuang tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Smith manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Smith lunges at Bualuang with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bualuang's hand.
Smith throws a powerful right kick. Bualuang tried to block low but the kick was high! Bualuang was taken right off of his feet! Smith jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
