Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayden Jordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A solid leg kick lands there for Jordan.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt
and Jordan counters with a stiff right hand.
Jordan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gracie under the eye.
Jordan finds Gracie's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Gracie flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Jordan lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Gracie will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jayden Jordan!
