Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chad Hammer (ranked 1095 p4p, 843 weight class) and Zane Yardow (ranked 149 p4p, 111 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Hammer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Zane Yardow!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a shot from downtown. Yardow moves away and avoids it.
Hammer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yardow moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hammer's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hammer duly obliges.
It looks like Zane Yardow has been cut.
Hammer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hammer was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Hammer swings for the body but Yardow moves out of range.
Hammer punishes Yardow's body with a nice straight punch.
Hammer tries to move into range but Yardow moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Yardow shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Yardow is still on wobbly legs! Can Hammer finish him?

and Yardow counters with a left and a right that stings Hammer.
Hammer ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Yardow's jaw. Yardow's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Hammer does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chad Hammer!
After winning the bout, Chad Hammer thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
