Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Hardman (ranked 1972 p4p, 1740 weight class) and Nils De Wilde (ranked 170 p4p, 148 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bruce Hardman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nils De Wilde!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Franklyn Lucas and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardman moves forwards but De Wilde connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hardman cracks De Wilde with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Hardman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hardman throws a lazy right hand but De Wilde sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
De Wilde counters with a body kick.

Hardman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching De Wilde on his heels. He'll look to pass De Wilde's guard now, I'm sure.

We've been hearing reports that Hardman has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Nils De Wilde comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well De Wilde has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
