Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Philip Marcus (ranked 383 p4p, 214 weight class) and Broady Hallows (ranked 40 p4p, 22 weight class). Hallows has chosen POSTALMONDCLARITY as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 20 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Philip Marcus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 7 - 3, fighting out of Sydney, Broady Hallows! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marcus swings away with a leg kick that misses. Hallows works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Philip Marcus has been cut. Marcus tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hallows is able to avoid easily. Hallows throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Marcus moves forwards but Hallows connects with a nice, crisp jab. Marcus throws a leg kick but Hallows checks it. Marcus scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Marcus connects with the punch. Marcus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Marcus scores with a jab to the body. Hallows swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Marcus has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Infamous Duranto Gym in the buildup to the fight. A head kick misses from Hallows. Hallows loads up on a big right hand but Marcus slips the punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hallows throws a jab but it's blocked by Marcus. Marcus seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Marcus takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Marcus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hallows has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Hallows throws a hook to the side of Marcus's head but Marcus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Hallows tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hallows doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. A head kick misses from Hallows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marcus blocks a head kick by Hallows.
Hallows tries to close the distance and clinch but Marcus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Marcus looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Marcus takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Marcus misses with a leg kick. Hallows wants to clinch up but Marcus keeps it at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Hallows looks like he's thinking about clinching though. The fighters circling - Hallows throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Marcus scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hallows doesn't seem bothered though. A solid leg kick lands there for Marcus.
Hallows is looking to clinch but Marcus is avoiding it.
Nice shot by Marcus. Marcus throws a body punch but Hallows moves out of range. Hallows tries to clinch but Marcus is having none of it. Broady Hallows seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hallows throws a sloppy head kick and Marcus moves out of range easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hallows just misses with a punch to the body.
Hallows's jab looks to have found its range, popping Marcus under the eye. Hallows throws a shot from downtown. Marcus moves away and avoids it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hallows throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Marcus sees it coming and avoids it easily. As Hallows backs away, Marcus returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Hallows pushes Marcus up against the cage in a clinch. Marcus misses with a body punch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Hallows. Marcus misses with a shot to the kidneys.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Hallows just misses with a elbow thrown towards Marcus's brow. Marcus can't find room to land a body shot as Hallows controls the action.
Marcus manages to break the clinch.
Hallows is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Marcus scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A low kick lands for Marcus.
Marcus misses with a wild body shot. Marcus will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marcus fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hallows on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Marcus. Marcus obviously looking to wear him down.
Hallows bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Hallows is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A looping hook to the body misses from Marcus. Hallows does a little dance to reset his feet. Hallows lands a nice shot that snaps Marcus's head back.
Marcus is rocked! Are you kidding me?! Hallows ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Marcus clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
