Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mini Peka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enzo Cooke!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooke tries to keep at a distance but Peka has taken the fight into the clinch.
Peka gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Cooke is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Cooke is looking for a kimura here.
Peka is trying to maintain the position but Cooke is very close to passing his half guard.
Cooke is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Cooke can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Peka is looking to escape.
Cooke is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Peka is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Peka flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Cooke anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Peka and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Cooke slips an arm under Peka chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Cooke has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Cooke is squeezing on Peka like an anaconda would it's prey. Peka fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Enzo Cooke!
