The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Smith finds it's way through Jones's defenses.
Smith lands a jab-cross combination.
Smith throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Smith closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Smith pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jones takes the fight into the clinch.
Smith is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jones pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Smith has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jones should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Smith has tightened it up now! Jones should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
