Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aydan Brewer (ranked 2349 p4p, 3980 weight class) and Jumanji Mowala (ranked 248 p4p, 377 weight class). Brewer's entrance music is Atmosphere - Trying to Find a Balance. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Brewer goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mowala has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Brewer but great work by Mowala.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nice takedown defense from Mowala. No joy for Brewer on that attempt.
Mowala throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Brewer tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mowala is in Brewer's guard.
Brewer has his hands on Mowala's head, controlling the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Brewer is on top in guard.
Mowala is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Brewer is pulling down on Mowala's head. It's preventing any offense from Mowala, at least for the moment.
Brewer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Mowala drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Mowala seems to have locked his on tight now - Brewer screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Mowala, as he picks up the win!
