Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Hunter (ranked 641 p4p, 1053 weight class) and Djordje Stankovic (ranked 85 p4p, 146 weight class). Stankovic has chosen Post Malone ft. 21 Savage - rockstar as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Djordje Stankovic!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stankovic swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hunter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A big right from Stankovic misses.
Stankovic on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Stankovic throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hunter cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stankovic moves out of range as Hunter strikes.
A little jabbing left from Stankovic on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
An attempted straight right counter from Hunter misses the target.
Stankovic throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hunter counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Stankovic throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hunter was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

A little feinted left hand from Hunter on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Stankovic misses with a jab, cross combination.
An attempted straight right counter from Hunter misses the target.
Stankovic throws a jab but it's blocked by Hunter.
The fighters circling - Stankovic throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hunter swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Hunter was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

and Hunter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Stankovic gets tackled into the cage by Hunter. Hunter maintains the clinch.
Hunter lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Hunter blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hunter swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Stankovic takes a shot to the head.

Stankovic pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Stankovic throws a poor cross that misses
and Hunter counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Stankovic is rocked!
Hunter drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Stankovic's head, knocking him out cold! Hunter is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paul Hunter!
