Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and cody Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). cody Jensen will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Bobby Knuckles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, cody Jensen!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen shoots in looking for a takedown. Knuckles tries to sprawl out of it but Jensen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Knuckles manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Knuckles changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jensen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jensen is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Knuckles has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Knuckles is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jensen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Jensen wants to control but Knuckles postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jensen regains half guard.

Jensen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Jensen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Knuckles does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Jensen shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Knuckles napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Knuckles tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Jensen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Knuckles keeps working.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jensen throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Some wild striking there from Knuckles.
Jensen swats away the attempt to clinch by Knuckles.
Jensen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Knuckles's guard.
Knuckles has his foot on Jensen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jensen works his way back into a safe position though.
Knuckles might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jensen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jensen is working Knuckles over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bobby Knuckles will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Knuckles gets caught flat footed, as Jensen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Knuckles is looking for a triangle but Jensen pushes his legs off easily.

Knuckles working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jensen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jensen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Knuckles is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jensen defends well.

Knuckles is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jensen is aware though and is defending well.

Jensen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Knuckles looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Jensen has picked Knuckles up and slammed him! Knuckles can't keep hold of the triangle and Jensen manages to pass to side control!

Knuckles is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Jensen pulls his head out easily.
Jensen wants to stand up but Knuckles has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Jensen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jensen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Oh but Knuckles is tightening it up a little... Jensen has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jensen reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jensen taps out! nice BJJ there by Knuckles!
