Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Fable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phal Um (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fable comes into the arena with Dragonfly by Shaman's Harvest blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dexter Fable!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Phal Um!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fable lands a jab.
Fable keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fable throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Um stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Um bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Fable drops his hands momentarily and Um takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fable will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fable lands with a straight right. Um didn't see that one coming.
Fable throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Um sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Fable knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Um on the ground.

Um sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Fable is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Fable parries the strikes from Um easily there. Um is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Fable to escape.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dexter Fable will probably get the nod.
